Today’s issue is more personal than tactical. But in a way, it’s the most foundational thing I’ve learned this year:

The world doesn’t revolve around you — and that’s actually what sets you free.

Let’s talk about ego, perception, and the subtle freedom in realizing: it’s not about you.

🔍 Deep Dive: The Self-Centered Delusion

We’re conditioned to believe everything is personal.

  • People are watching us or they are laughing at me

  • Our work must prove something

  • Our image defines our worth

The gym isn’t watching you.
Your Instagram doesn’t define you.
That project you’re overthinking? No one’s dissecting it like you are.

This may sounds harsh, but it’s actually a release. Because when you stop assuming the spotlight is always on you, you can:

  • Take more risks

  • Create with less fear

  • Rest without guilt

  • Heal without shame

Ego says: “I’m the main character.”
Awareness says: “I’m part of something much bigger.”

🧠 Reframing the Why: Service > Self

When everything is about you, you chase things for:

  • Status

  • Validation

  • Fear of irrelevance

Things that feed the EGO.

But when you shift your frame to: “This is bigger than me”, You start creating from:

  • Purpose

  • Conviction

  • Service

Things that feed the SOUL.

Instead of building to prove, you build to contribute. Instead of obsessing over being seen, you focus on what you see in the world that needs building.

Being present while eating

The less you obsess over how you’re perceived, the more power you gain to shape reality.

This is how I show up in business, content, modeling, and real estate now. Not to “be someone,” but to offer something to someone else.

⚙️ Tools I Use: Ego Disruption Prompts

I use Chatgpt to check my ego when I’m spiraling:
  • “Would I still do this if no one saw it?”

  • “What outcome matters if this flops?”

  • “What value can I give vs. what praise I want?”

  • “Based on every data point you’ve collected about me what does my ego say about me and create an image that shows that”

Then ask “How do I channel this for the better knowing that it’s not all about me and This is bigger than me

🏋🏾‍♂️ Mind & Body Boost: Silent Sessions

Try this:
Go to the gym, put the phone away and stop the mirror checks. Just movement, presence, and breath.

Train without performance.
Eat without flex.
Exist without proving.

You'll notice your nervous system soften. Your mind will stop rushing.
You’ll begin to feel like you again.

💭 Thought to Chew On

The world is bigger than your timeline.
Your value isn’t in being watched — it’s in being useful and impacting other positively .

The irony?
When you stop centering yourself, you become someone worth watching.
