This is an opportunity to learn from the previous 2 months of 2026 and take aim in the last month of Q1.
Exercise
Today’s Exercise
I am excited because we are going to be doing an exercise i’ve never done before and we will be doing it together.
It’s called the 3R Recall, Reflect and Recollect. Grab a pen because here are the steps:

Recall
Recall the events of a month, week, day or moment…the good, the bad, the ugly.
Reflect
This is the hardest part put a mirror up to the moments recalled and pick out details and key pieces to learn from. It might be painful, idyllic or anywhere in between but reflect on what pieces of light you want to move forward with.
Recollect
Now after that recollect the embers of light you wish to move forward with, these would be the fuel that ignites positive change.

Reflect with you as the mirror
Here you should write as much or a few as you want the more detail the better.
Taking this grief as appreciation of the gift of life
Example - Recollect
The final step
With the understanding now of appreciation. There is a sense of how can continued appreciation be shown with the time and energy we have been gifted. This is what i am stepping in march with (one could say marching into march with).
